Who I Am

I’m Robert Webb, an educator, coach, and speaker with nearly three decades of experience serving schools, teachers, and students across Texas. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats — teacher, principal, executive director — and in each role, I discovered one truth: real change starts with people, not programs.

My Story

I began my career in education because I believed in the power of learning to transform lives. For 29 years, I worked in classrooms and led campuses through both growth and challenges. Along the way, I saw how the right coaching, support, and vision could turn obstacles into opportunities.

Now, through WEBB’s Educational Building Blocks, I bring those lessons to leaders, teams, and organizations. Whether it’s coaching one-on-one, leading professional development, or inspiring groups through speaking, my goal is the same: to equip leaders with the courage and clarity to build something lasting.
