I’m Robert D. Webb, M.Ed., a lifelong Texas educator and leadership coach with more than 29 years in public education and 23 years in campus and district administration. From small rural schools to fast-growing districts, I've spent my career helping leaders build strong cultures, clear systems, and sustainable momentum.

I founded WEBB’s Educational Building Blocks, LLC to support school leaders, small districts, and emerging professionals who want to grow, lead with confidence, and create meaningful change in their organizations.

At my core, I believe this:

And every leader has the potential to grow.

My Journey

I always felt at home in school. Coaches, teachers, and administrators shaped my life, and over time, I realized my calling was to help others lead with purpose. Before beginning my career in education, I proudly served in the United States Army, an experience that strengthened my discipline, resilience, and commitment to serving others — values that have shaped every chapter of my leadership journey.:
